Frequently Asked Questions

Valid Alaska Fishing license (we are unable to sell these on the boat, therefore will need to be purchased prior to fishing). Bring lots of water, snacks and food. It is a good idea to wear or pack warm clothing, water boots & water gear. 

 Please contact us with all cancellations.

• Client Cancellations: We maintain a 30-day cancellation policy for all confirmed trips. If you cancel your charter less than 30 days prior to the departure date, the charter fee will be forfeited, unless we successfully rebook the seat(s). While there are no exceptions to this rule, we will make every effort to fill the cancelled reservation. If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled charter, you will receive a refund of your deposit. Additionally, any online booking and credit card fees are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by the client.
• No Shows: If you fail to arrive on time, you will forfeit your charter fee. Should you inform us that you are running late, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, please be aware that if you are sharing the boat, other guests will be ready to depart at the scheduled time. 
• Mechanical Issues: In the rare event of mechanical failures or unforeseen issues, you will receive a full refund of your charter fee if these problems occur before we depart for fishing. If issues arise during or after the fishing trip, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and will make every effort to accommodate your needs and ensure a timely return to port. 
• Weather Cancellations: We leverage our expertise to assess weather conditions prior to each morning's departure. If we determine that weather conditions prohibit a safe departure, you will receive a full refund of your payment. 

A $25.00 gas surcharge per person is collected on the day of the charter if gas prices exceed $5.00 a gallon
